French, cinema, africa, concert and all
Few thoughts, whats in my mind:
Inspiration:
Yesterday I was invited to the cinema for a movie at Febiofest:"Catch a fire" - A drama about terrorism in Apartheid-era South Africa, revolving around a policeman (Robbins) and a young man (Luke) who carries out solo attacks against the regime. I was very impressed by the movie, especially about the end, which main message was "forgiveness"...
Fear:
DR Congo...again not safe:( more at http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/6483803.stm
150 people died in the capital of Congo - Kinshasa - thats where the project I work on is based.
Beginning:
Last sunday I had my first french lesson with Kevin(thank you), on thursday I bought a text book with CD and I will finally seriously start with the language, because I really need it for my work, because the language barrier is quite big.
Stress:
Working on concert to get money for construction of technical school and high school in Congo. It will happen on 15th April in Prague and Spirituál Kvintet will play there(www.spiritualkvintet.cz). Everyone is more then welcome...i really hope that it will work out....
I also changed my contract with the NGO and from 1st march i work 4 days a week (before 3days a week)and 1 day I attend my master´s courses...so life is really really busy.
