Reetika´s time in Prague

Well...almost a year back the decision was made that Reetika Joshi will end up in Praha for one year on the Member Commiettie team of AIESEC in the Czech Republic. I got her almost like a birthday gift, cause she arrived almost on that date:)

After already 7,5 months working here we realized...that all she has from magical city Prague...is work experience with AIESEC:)...yeah....workoholic:)

So we decided to change it a bit,....and add some unforgetable experiences to her stay here:
  • cultural change - go for ballet and opera
  • a bit of history - got o National Muzeum
  • a bit of sport - go for ice skating in winter(can be an experience from someone from Bombay) and roll skating in spring, climb up the Petrin hill(not really a sport:))and go up the tower
  • family life - go to my house for a weekend, where i will also teach her to cook czech food
  • do some wild clubbing in city
  • travell around Czech Republic - Kutna Hora, Cesky Krumlov, Karlovy Vary
Reeti, cant wait for all this!!!!!
I will make sure that all this will happen!!!!!

New Year and new updates

Well..havent posted for a while...cause life was just too busy with exams:(
I had my worst week of exams in my life this january...five exams in one week!!!!!!!

Today I started working for distance adoption(www.adopcenadalku.cz). I am so much excited about that...i just hope i will have enough time for it, cause already now it seems that next semester i will have 9 subjects, which means that i will be all the time sitting at school:(

My dear Accenture also called me up...which means that during february i will also work there again.

Moreover from february I am starting english teaching again:)twice a week(small 10 years old girl and some working couple).

Hanka today called me up to accounce me that i am in the OC of one local conference(will be good fun)!!!

And somewhere in between of all these things I am supposed to make some interviews with alumni for 40th anniversary of AIESEC in the Czech Republic.

Annnnnd....I started reading book called " A Suitable Boy".

Sooo...yeah....quite busy...I think I should be happy, right?

THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!

What did I promise to everyone??? rocking party, ej????hehehe
I came to the youth hostel in the morning and found all CC ppl eating breakfast all together...refreshing memories of Sheela Inn:) It took us two hours till we all were dressed in all the layers of clothers we had and went for sightseeing(well the real reason was that it took one hour to Dhanur to stand up from bed and next one hour to take shower:)).
We went to see Vysehrad and then went to one bar in the centre where we even got more people...Sarah, Sagar.....and then we went through Charles Bridge and did quick Prague Castle sightseeing:) and went for dinner. At the restaurant we were about 85 aiesecers from all over the world:) We took a becherovka shoot for nice new year 2006 with the CC and after 3,5 hours of chatting went to Petrin hill(meanwhile Adrienne joined us).
Midnight...cant say anything more.....IT WAS AWESOME....awesome view on whole Prague in fireworks and counting down in circle with CC..and jumping with the CC at 00:00 then loooooaaaads of hugs and wishes:):):) Thank you CC soooo much for coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then went to hostel...wanted to have party there, but everyone went to sleep:):)so beers will be for next day party:)
We wish you all happy new yearrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!
Today...a bit of sightseeing and 5pm ballet at national theatre:):)Then some of us are already leaving....Michelle, Pawel, ...
Big hug to to other CC people who couldnt make it from everyone!!!!!!!!!!!
