Last hours in India
What a weird feeling: feeling happy cause i am coming back home, feeling sad that i am leaving India. India the country i definitelly felt in love with!!
India...
loud, charming, smelly, colourfull, spicy, slow, friendly......
and i can continue for hours.
What I definitelly love about indian culture:
- value based people
- smiling people
- loving family
- religious
If you want to speak to someone...you can immediatelly find someone interesting to talk to.
If you want to get somewhere...you just take a rickshaw
if you need something...you just go on the street and you find whatever you wish
If you have a problem there is always way to solve it..:)
I will miss India
Already My India.

Sweet news
I just read email from my sister that my mum and dad are coming to Prague to pick me up at the airport. It is sooo sweet!!!Travelling 400kms to pick their child:)
I hope their plan will work out and I will see them already on saturday morning. This news made me miss them...and I guess they miss me a lot as they are willing to come 400km just so they see me as soon as possible.
Chittogarh
We went with one of those very random and old and dirty buses:)but it was fun experience for sure:):)We arrived and as eevrywhere all the rickshawalas surrounded us and offered the best prices. We bought the tickets for tonight to Jaipur and then chose one of those ricskawalas and went to the fort. It is suppose to be one of the largest forts in Asia and it was beautifull....i again felt like in a dream...the countryside, old temles, palaces, water tanks, view on nice mountains, monkeys all around us. We thought we will need much more time to see the place but at the end we managed it quite fast so now we are sitting in internet caffe to kill the time:):)cause the bus to Jaipur leaves at 10pm(right now is 3:24pm)
Udaipur
We arrived at 10 pm to Udaipur and went to Panorama Guest House which was recomended to us by some random travellers:)and it was very sweet...the roof restaurant was sooo cool...we just spend hours there sitting, watching the city life and drinking lassi and shakes:)
Next day we took rickshaw for whole day sightseeing...i wont mention some random sight we saw...like garden, museum, ... but i have to mentyion the Shlpgram...it is like skansen. They are showing to tourists the like in tribal villages..we had wonderfull guide and we went around on camels. We had so much fun...paying instruments, listening to music, buying some random stuff, having camel disco....was amazing!!!Then we went to see the City Palace and then it started raining so we went quickly back to our hostel and spend beautifull evening in Panorama Guest House:)and watched with all other guests one of the James Bond movies...Octopussy I guess...which is happening in Udaipur. Next day early in the morning we woke up at 6:45 and went to bus stop to catch the bus to Chittogarh:)
Jodhpur
We were leaving Jaipur with Lucka at 10:30pm, cause the bus driver told us that that is the last bus we can go with. We were still looking around if we will see Ankit with all the Top Banana girls, but there was noone.
In the morning we arrived to Jodhpur and the owner of the guest house came to pick us up(very nice of him). And then we moved into the nicest and warmest guest house ever!!!!! As you might know Jodhpur is called "blue city" and it trully is blue...all buildings are blue and we had beautifull view from the guest house on the fort. We just stood on the roof with Lucka and felt like in a dream.
In the afternoon we decided to go and see the fort....and while buying the tickets...whom did we meet????yeaaaahhh Ankit with Top Bananas and one austrian:) So we did the sightseeing together and then we went to Ankits house and then as I mentioned before all 8 of us in one Skoda Octavia heading for the Palace:)
Normally it is forbiden to enter but as we were with Ankit everything is possible. There is restaurant inside, but obviosly very expensive, so we couldnt order anything so we just came there and asked for czech knedliky(damplings)...they said nice sorry to us, that they dont have this food...and we were even happier cause we saw the palace inside:):) Then we went for dinner ...sitting outside with candles..hmmm...romantic Jodhpur:)And back to our sweet guest house. Next day we just chilled till 2pm and took the bus to Udaipur.

IC is over, last days in India
Yes....something unbelievable happened. 6th september evening we sat on the roof of Sheela Inn and drink Fresh Lime Soda and felt like IC never happened.
Spent amazing evening with whole CC...will never forget it!!!! And from that moment on we were just sitting on the stairs in front of Sheela and saying bye to people leaving us. And 7th september evening it was also me saying bye....but actually almost half CC went with me:) We all went to Jaipur(yes, again:))
We(me, Lucka, Evka, Chico) went to Shanty' s house and then went to see the city(everywhere we were meeting people with IC bags:):)) We went also to Amber Fort....and we went there on ELEPHANT!!!hahahah
I was excited like a small kid:)
Evening we(me and Lucka) left for Jodhpur - blue city. We arrived in the morning and slepta bit and then in the afternoon we decided to see the Fort...AMAZING BEAUTYYY!!!!!I love this city....and btw we met there Ankit, Camile, Juliet, Laura and Georg:):):)we couldnt have better timing...we had amazing time at the fort!!! and spent whole evening together including Skoda Octavia ride to one palace(9 ppl including the driver inside) and asking in the restaurant there for czech"knedliky" and making sad face because they dont serve it(that was the way we could see the palace inside). Spend a night in charming blue hotel and the next day went to Udaipur....the bus ride was crazy...hahaha...jumping all way...but the nature was beautifull!!!!!
Now already here in Udaipur...just woke up in another amazing hotel...with the lake view:)
But well...i still do miss Sheela...the best hotel in India!!!!

As promised biiig update about IC
Work:
The first five days of IC were mad…sleepless nights, no partying and just setting up the banners (btw I am not expert in putting up self standing banners!!!), sticking posters, preparing the company launches. I was responsible for almost all company launches and I must say that it was fun to see it from different point of view, to see the preparation part :). The biggest learning was for sure to work with so many different nationalities, to see their work style. Even though these are the things I was aware of before, here it is much more visible because you are able to compare…you have simply whole world here after all.
CC
As I already mentioned before I found here soo many friends and these friendships are very special because we went through so many things together…starting with whole CC being sick, working in stress, going through “trust game”, partying whole night, working whole day and night and saying good morning to delegates….
That was actually very funny moment…on one of those first IC days we were working with Juliet whole night and then when I went to my room I met some delegates who went to see Taj Mahal and they were saying: “Good morning” to me and I just wished the night has more hours:)
IC
I think delegates like it even though almost everyone was at some point of time sick, but generally everyone looks so happy. India makes this IC soo special. There were some beautiful moments like opening ceremony, India night, parties, … I think that for many people this IC will be unforgettable experience.
My next days:
Well…to be honest I still have no clue when I will fly and it is stressful, because I should reach Prague on 9.9. morning to sign one paper at university, but there are no seats free in all Alitalia planes and my current flight is on 17.9. so basically I am not planning any traveling after IC and just waiting for email from university if they will allow me to sign it later.

CC experience

At the beginning of this incredible experience I didnt even know how much I will get out of it and most importantly I thought that it will be just international experience..not India experience, because we were closed in one hotel with all the countries.
But now I know what experience I am going through and I am very thankfull for it...maybe not working experience but more the friendships I found here and people I learned from.
I want to mention especially one key learning. I was preparing DHL Launch with Ankit from Jaipur and I was quite stressed and Ankit was all the time thinkin about something ...I felt like he is not even listening to me...and then I found out one very important think about indians. He offered DHL during the launch more lights then they wanted, he did this "bomb" think...all people that are at IC know what I am speaking about "hahaha"...and all for just one reason. He didnt care that that means more work, more stress to coordinate it. All he wanted is to give more then they want and show them that as IC is in India, the company will remeber it forever.
And then while thinking about it I refreshed my memories of Opening Ceremony, which was a complete blast. You could see how Indians are proud of their country hosting IC, hosting so many countries....I am trully amazed by indian hospitability and I wish that czech nation has at least half of what they have.
Another example is my lovely roomate(well..not anymore) Tullika from Pune. I will keep taht story short and say just the learning. The thing is that CC is obliged to pick up delegates just few days before conference. But she found out that there are about 30 people coming before that date. She made all she could and fight so these delegates are picked up by CC, cause afterall they are coming to India, she is worried about them...she didnt care that she can have day off, but she simply spent her day at the airport to ensure that the delegates are safe.
I love my (now I hope I can also say that) India!!!!
I love the people, I love their proud, their hospitability, their devotion, their love to their country.
Simple conversation with hotel stuff:
"How do you like India?"
"I love India."
"Thank you."
Would a czech person say thank you??????????
